Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane has put his hands up for the two goals conceded in defeat to Manchester City last night.
City have advanced to the quarter-finals of the Champions League thanks to the 2-1 win.
Goals from Raheem Sterling and Gabriel Jesus secured a 4-2 aggregate victory for Pep Guardiola's side, however it was the French international who was at fault for both of their goals.
"I wanted to show my face. I got it wrong, this is on me, and we are out," he told El Chiringuito.
He added: "I am sorry for my teammates. I am sad that we are out. This has not happened many times in my career.
"Now we must show character, because it has been a hard night."
