Real Madrid defender Nacho remains coy over his future plans.
Nacho's deal is running down and will expire in June.
After their Champions League win at Liverpol, he said: "I still haven't decided what I'll do. It is a personal and family decision. I don't want to send a message because my relationship with the club couldn't be better, it's incredible, but many things have crossed my mind. Now I'm playing a lot more and I'm much happier. When I make the decision, the first to know will be the club. Even if I play every minute, it won't influence my decision.
“I had a really bad time because I thought I deserved to play more. A lot of things went through my head. It's complicated when you don't have the rhythm of the game, it's not easy for me either. I have taken on a role in which I have always fulfilled when I have been needed.
"As the years go by I consider myself a better player than before. It seems easy but it is not easy to adapt to many positions. I would like to consolidate myself as a centre-back but in Madrid it is not easy at all."
