Real Madrid defender Jesus Vallejo has again broken down in training.

Marca says on Monday the defender left the pitch at Valdebebas in tears while Santiago Solari did his best to console the 22-year-old.

Vallejo has managed just two appearances for Los Blancos this season; against Melilla in the Copa del Rey in October and against CSKA Moscow in the Champions League in December.

This is already his fourth muscular injury so far this campaign - tests conducted today will determine the extent of this latest set-back.

The centre-back has managed just 14 games in 18 months at the Bernabeu.
