Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane has told Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola to 'shut up'.
This week, Guardiola referenced referee Viktor Kassai's contentious dismissal of Bayern Munich midfielder, Arturo Vidal, in Real's quarter-final triumph over the German giants last season as he raged about decisions that went against City in their Champions League elimination to Liverpool.
In response, Zizou said yesterday: “You just have to shut up sometimes.
“I had moments where I could have argued with referees, but I didn't do it.
“What Guardiola has to say doesn't interest me because we went through and won the Champions League.
“A referee's job is hard. Sometimes it goes in your favour, other times against."
