Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane has told directors to move Gareth Bale on this summer.
Zidane, reports L'Equipe, wants to see the Welshman sold and has even raised the prospect of Real covering a percentage of his wages to help get him away from the club.
Zidane dumped Bale from his squad for Sunday's defeat at Real Sociedad - the second consecutive time he was snubbed the winger.
While agent Jonathan Barnett has insisted Bale wants to stay in Madrid, Real chiefs have been using intermediaries to test the ground with major clubs across Europe about taking the player off their hands.
A common concern has been the attacker's wage demands, which could be offset if the board takes up Zidane's suggestion.
