Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane was coy today about his future beyond the end of this season.

Real meet Villarreal tomorrow needing victory - and for Atletico Madrid to drop points against Real Valladolid - to finish the season as champions.

Asked about his future, Zidane stated: "The most important thing is the team, tomorrow's game (Saturday) and what we want to achieve. It's the truth. For us, it's just a matter of focusing on tomorrow's game.

"With everything that has happened this year, we are going to play 90 minutes at a very high level to win La Liga. This is not the right time (to speak about the future). We have to put all our energy into tomorrow's game.

"After 37 days, we won't waste time talking about next year. We are only focused on the match of tomorrow."

He also said, "It's the same question. I will not answer this question. We play the game tomorrow and that's what matters to us. The important thing is not what I will do, but the team. I'm repeating myself, I'm sorry."
