Real Madrid coach Julen Lopetegui admits they face a major test on Wednesday night against Sevilla.

Lopetegui has warned they can only secure a result with the "right attitude".

He said, "We're facing a top side, with players who have instantly taken to Pablo Machín's approach. They can play a 5-3-2 or a 5-2-3. They make life hard for all their rivals and have been scoring plenty of goals. That motivates us and playing well against a rival that will push us is a real challenge.

“We are Real Madrid and we have to approach every game in the right way, with the right attitude. We're going to the Sánchez-Pizjuán and it is a fixture rich in history and complexities. That pushes us forward and excites us. The biggest motivation is to get three points against Sevilla. It will be a gruelling, draining game in a fortress of a stadium."
