Real Madrid are watching Norwich City fullback Max Aarons.

The England U21 international has long attracted interest from Europe's biggest clubs, including Barcelona.

Okdiario says Real are watching Aarons this season as they seek cover for senior right-back Dani Carvajal.

Real coach Carlo Ancelotti has recommended his signing, having encountered Aarons when in charge of Everton.

"Aarons is a 10-year-old younger version of Carvajal," he has told Real's directors.

The Canaries defender has a deal to 2024.
