Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti says David Alaba will be fit for the Champions League final against Liverpool next week.

Alaba missed last night's 0-0 draw with Real Betis for their last LaLiga game of the season.

Ancelotti said: “Alaba will be fit for the final. We didn't need to take any risks tonight. He'll rejoin the group on Monday and will be at 100%.

"It's true that it's been a while since he last played, but in these kinds of games, the fitness aspect isn't the only one that is vital, with ability and experience also playing a role.

"Davide (Ancelotti) wasn't here tonight because he's away doing a UEFA Pro course in Wales and he had to go there for two days, but he'll be back on Sunday."
