Real Madrid chief Emilio Butragueno admits the club is delighted with the progress of Vinicius Junior.
The Brazilian teen struck in Sunday's victory over Alaves and was given a standing ovation by the home crowd when substituted.
Butragueno stated, "We're very impressed. He has a very particular game, when he receives he is a threat, we see him more and more and he is 18 years old ... We are very, very happy for how he is maturing within the team."
Mariano Diaz also scored after a long injury lay-off and Butragueno added: "He's a great finisher, he's an area man, he is going to come in handy, we need him because it's a tight schedule and everyone is needed."
