Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos deserved his red card in their 0-0 draw at Athletic Bilbao.
That's the opinion of former ref Andujar Oliver.
Ramos was sent off for a second yellow card offence after elbowing Aritz Aduriz.
It came in the 87th minute as the visitors desperately pushed for a winner.
Oliver agreed entirely with Mateu Lahoz's decision to send off the Real Madrid captain.
"He impacts Aduriz with his elbow so it's the right call to give him a card," he told Radio Marca.
The sending off gives Ramos the unwanted record of having been sent off more times than any other LaLiga player with 19 red cards.
