Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos urged calm after defeat at Levante.
The result was unwanted as Real face Manchester City in the first-leg of their Champions League round 16 tie this week.
Ramos said, “We're annoyed at the situation, because of the result and not getting three points to stay top of the league. We played a good game, we did what practised in the week, we just lacked a goal.
"Now we have a decisive week so we need to work and not let up. We created some good chances but couldn't finish, they only needed one and they finished it off. We need to stay united and strong more than ever.
“Apart from the result it was a satisfying game. Real Madrid played well. We kept possession, we knew how to play well against a tough rival who play some intense football, and we made spaces and created some good chances. The goal never came, but we'll work on that for this decisive week."
