Real Madrid attacker James Rodriguez has turned down an approach from Arsenal ahead of the January market.

Marca says Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing James, but the Colombian wants to stay at Real Madrid and attempt to regain Zinedine Zidane's confidence.

The former Bayern Munich playmaker hasn't enjoyed much playing time so far this season, mainly due to injuries he has suffered in the first part of the 2019/20 campaign.

As English media report, the Gunners are willing to offer him the chance to play in the Premier League, but James is focused on winning back a spot in Los Blancos's starting line-up.
