Real Madrid attacker James Rodriguez insists he doesn't want to spend his career marking time.
The Colombian has won the Apertura with Banfield, before clinching eight titles at Porto, another seven with Real Madrid and five in Germany with Bayern Munich.
"Football is short; maximum up to 34 years," he told the Youtube channel Otro.
"So, I will try in these years to be at a maximum level and be able to play football well."
Apart from his achievements at club level, James was also a vital cog for his national team as he was key to Colombia reaching the 2014 and 2018 World Cups.
