Real Madrid attacker Gareth Bale has received a stunning offer from the Chinese Premier League (CPL).

Borja Mazarro, a journalist with El Chiringuito, has revealed CPL officials have contacted Bale's minders with a staggering contract offer.

Bale is being offered double his Real salary to quit Europe and move to China this year.

However, the deal would depend on Real, where they would have to release Bale from his contract for the move to happen.

Bale currently earns €15m-a-year at Real.
