West Ham midfielder Dimitri Payet is back on the radar of Spanish clubs.

With the Hammers struggling, there's a belief on the continent that Payet, after his superb Euros, can be tempted away.

Calciomercato.com says Real Madrid, where coach Zinedine Zidane is a big fan, have been joined by Atletico Madrid in their interest in Payet.

Both Madrid giants are prepared to test West Ham's resolve in January for the attacking midfielder.

Hammers boss Slaven Bilic recently said of the Frenchman: "It does not work that way. I'm not the person receiving offers for players of West Ham. I read it in the papers like everyone else. I would be surprised if he did not receive offers."
