Brighton winger Kaoru Mitoma is emerging as one of the hottest properties of the European transfer market.

The Japan international has been sensational for Brighton this season, thriving under manager Roberto de Zerbi.

Goal says Real Madrid, Manchester City and Arsenal are all watching Mitoma this term.

De Zerbi is desperate not to lose the attacker and there is talk of offering Mitoma a new contract which would make him the highest paid in Brighton's history.

The 25 year-old has a deal to 2025 at Falmer stadium.
