Real Madrid have shaken up their front office.
Real Madrid have announced that Ramon Martinez has become their new deputy director general.
Meanwhile, Manu Fernandez, who has served as the head coach of Los Blancos' Juvenil B team, has been named the academy's new head of football.
"Fernandez will oversee the academy and be responsible for the national scouting, technical, football administration and training methodology departments," read Real Madrid's statement.
"Juni Calafat, who will report directly to the director general, will continue in his role as chief scout."
