Real Madrid will present summer signing David Alaba to local media and fans on Wednesday.

The welcome ceremony and introductory press conference will take place at Valdebebas, with the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu still out of use due to the construction work.

"Real Madrid are pleased to announce that tomorrow, Wednesday July 21 at 12:30, David Alaba will be presented at Real Madrid City as a new Real Madrid player," the club said in a short statement.

Given that Austria went out of Euro 2020 at the last 16 stage, Alaba has already had a summer break and is ready to get to work with his former Bayern Munich coach Carlo Ancelotti.

His signing was officially announced on May 28, but Real Madrid and the player wanted to wait until after the European Championship to hold the traditional welcome ceremony.
