Real Madrid have announced Dani Carvajal has suffered a serious knee injury.

The fullback broke down during training and faces two months on the sidelines.

Real announced: “After today's tests, Real Madrid's medical service has diagnosed our player Dani Carvajal with an injury to the internal lateral ligament in his right knee."

It's now being reported Real management expect Carvajal to be missing for two months.
