Real Madrid and Real Zaragoza aim to close a deal today for Jesus Vallejo.

The Zaragoza defender Vallejo is set to sign for Real Madrid this week in a complex deal.

AS says Real Madrid will pay €5.5-6 million to buy Vallejo, but will immediately loan him back to Zaragoza for the new season.

And should Zaragoza earn promotion from the Segunda Division, they will have the option to buy back Vallejo for €7 million.

Vallejo was part of Spain's triumphant U19 Euros squad this summer.
