Real Madrid midfielder Rafael van der Vaart has played down the prospect of joining Bayern Munich.
Van der Vaart is being linked with Bayern as cover for injured midfielder Arjen Robben.
"I don't know anything about a potential move to Bayern Munich. I was told on Sunday that I wouldn't play against Mallorca, but that had nothing to do with a transfer. I haven't been in touch with Louis van Gaal about a move to Germany," Van der Vaart said.
