Real Betis midfielder Giovani Lo Celso is ready to sign for Tottenham.
The Sun says, however, chairman Daniel Levy is refusing to meet a £60million asking price for Lo Celso.
The Argentine playmaker has told the Seville-based La Liga club that he wants to join Tottenham even though Manchester United have also shown an interest.
But White Hart Lane chief Levy will not go anywhere near the current asking price.
One option would be to add Erik Lamela into the deal.
Lo Celso, 23, was on loan from PSG at Betis last season and scored 15 times before the club exercised their option for a £20m permanent move.
