Real Betis are ready to sign Lyon midfielder Nabil Fekir and his brother.

L'Equipe says Fekir is in Seville for a Betis medical today.

Betis and Lyon are finalising a fee of around €25-27m with the midfielder to double his salary to €7m.

And as part of the deal, Fekir's younger brother Yassin Fekir, 22, will also move to Betis. Yassin has tasted first team football at Lyon and was interesting Cadiz this summer.

If a deal is settled, Betis are expected to allow Giovani Lo Celso to leave.
