Real Betis join battle for Barcelona striker Rej Manaj

The battle for Barcelona striker Rej Manaj is growing.

Mundo Deportivo says Cadiz, Famalicao and Sassuolo have all made offers for the Albania international.

And his form in preseason has also attracted approaches from one unnamed team in Italy and one from Spain - Real Betis.

Betis are close to Manaj's agent and are keen to keep the Albania international in the LaLiga.

For his part, Barca coach Ronald Koeman isn't yet ready to approve Manaj's sale given the way he's played so far in preseason.

Manaj has enjoyed a superb preseason with Barca, scoring four goals in two games. The striker struck a spectacular hat-trick against Nastic, which included chesting home one goal similar to Rai's famous effort.

Manaj was signed by Barca in January 2020 from Albacete, having previously been with Inter Milan.

Last season with Barca B, Albania international Manaj scored 14 goals in 24 games.
