Tottenham Hotspur are set to sign Giovanni Lo Celso after Real Betis slashed their asking price for the Argentina international.
Betis had previously demanded Spurs meet the £60m release clause in Lo Celso's contract.
But with the Andalusian club completing the transfer of Nabil Fekir for £22.6m on Monday, that price has now been dropped.
The North Londoners will now complete a £45m deal for the 23-year-old, according to The Sun.
Lo Celso adds another piece to Mauricio Pochettino's midfield following the £65m arrival of Tanguy Ndombele.
