Real Betis coach Manuel Pellegrini admits they were poor for their 4-0 Europa League defeat at Bayer Leverkusen.
Pellegrini offered no excuses for the defeat on Thursday.
He said, "We did not have a good performance, either defensively or offensively - in general it was another bad game for us. Bayer was on a losing streak and beat us.
"It was a poor performance that must be analysed and a solution found. Football changes game by game.
"We remain second in the group. These are bumps that all teams have in the season."
