Real Betis chief Lorenz Serra Ferrer has confirmed interest in Inter Milan midfielder Joao Mario.

The Portugal international wants to leave Inter this summer after a spell on-loan with West Ham last season.

Serra Ferrer said: "He is one of the profiles that can interest us for his characteristics, we have not talked to Inter yet, nor contacted the Nerazzurri for the Portuguese.

"He costs €30m, I'm not used to talking to the press about economic situations, I'm just saying that Joao Mario is a great player and could be to our liking."

Joao Mario is also interesting Wolves.
