Royals fans are chanting "Griffin for England" at every home game, but the player accepts his international prospects are slim. Ahead of tonight's league clash against old-club Derby, the ex-Newcastle star said: "I don't think that's going to happen to me.
"I am looking forward to sitting at home with my feet up watching the World Cup on television, but it's nice to have that bit of rapport with the fans.
"Now I am playing regularly I feel fit and can cope with our rush of games."
