RB Leipzig star Timo Werner is being tempted to move to Liverpool in the summer.

The Reds are eager to sign the German striker to bolster Jurgen Klopp's attacking options.

And theDaily Express suggests Werner would be able to choose his shirt number if he signed.

While popular attacking numbers like 9, 10 and 11 are taken by the first choice front three of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino, Werner wore no.19 at Stuttgart.

It is a number he would happily wear again, and is one that he could don at Liverpool.
