RB Leipzig are set to close a deal for Arsenal midfielder Emile Smith-Rowe.

The Mirror says Smith-Rowe is the latest English youngster to swap the Premier League for the Bundesliga.

The Arsenal attacking midfielder will join RB Leipzig on loan until the end of the season.

The 18-year-old has yet to feature in the league this season but has made four appearances in the Europa League.

Smith-Rowe is considered one of Arsenal's most highly-rated youngsters but will be given more playing time in Germany.

He follows teammate Reiss Nelson who plays for Hoffenheim, and former Manchester City kid Jadon Sancho who has shone for Borussia Dortmund this season.
