RB Leipzig coach Julian Nagelsmann has admitted interest in RB Salzburg striker Erling Haaland.

While he has been linked with Manchester United and Arsenal, a move to sister club Leipzig has also been mentioned as a possibility for the teen.

And a bullish Nagelsmann stated, "Of course I would take him.

"He is a very good striker, who has an exceptionally good development for his age. He is physically very good, not only able to score goals, but also to create. "Unfortunately, we have nothing to announce, not even today."

Asked if Haaland will be an issue over the winter market? Nagelsmann added: "I would not comment on that, if that were the case. I do not think so."
