RB Leipzig sports chief Oliver Mintzlaff admits they face being crowded out of the race for RB Salzburg striker Erling Haaland.
The Norway international is a confirmed target for Leipzig, where coach Julian Nagelsmann confirmed holding face-to-face talks with Haaland during a trip to Germany last week.
While refusing to name the price involved, Mintzlaff admits there is a buyout clause in the striker's buyout clause.
"The sum is fixed," Mintzlaff stated.
"It is not easy as Manchester United, Juventus, Borussia Dortmund and a few other clubs are looking at him.
"About Haaland I can say that we met him. We have a lot of interest in him. He is very open to a club change and would prefer that it happen by the summer."
