West Ham United are ready to close a deal for Razak Boukari.
The London Evening Standard says West Ham are poised to complete the transfer of winger Boukari from French club Rennes.
Boukari, who has won four caps for Togo, has sufficiently impressed West Ham following a trial period to be offered a permanent deal and was due to undergo a medical today.
