Rayo Vallecano striker Radamel Falcao has suffered an injury setback.

The Colombia international is facing up to a month on the sidelines due to a thigh injury.

He lasted only 12 minutes against Real Madrid before being forced from the pitch.

Falcao will not be joining with the Colombia squad in South America this week.

Rayo have announced they expect the veteran striker to be missing "3-4 weeks".
