Rayo Vallecano coach Andoni Iraola wanted by Leeds

Rayo Vallecano manager Andoni Iraola is being linked to Leeds United.

The Premier League club have fired manager Jesse Marsch with immediate effect.

Per The Athletic, the Elland Road team are now searching for a replacement.

Their assessment of coaches has turned them in the direction of Iraola, who has been impressing in Spain.

The club will have a trio of assistants, Michael Skubala, Paco Gallardo and Chris Armas, take charge of their upcoming Premier League games with Manchester United.

Iraola is seen as a long-term man for Leeds, but whether he would leave Vallecano mid-season for a relegation battle is another matter.
