Marcus Rashford has sung the praises of Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
The Norwegian has United in fifth place in the Premier League, as well as competing in the latter stages of the FA Cup and Europa League.
And Rashford says Solskjaer's focus on "small details" has helped improve his game.
"It's been enjoyable. I just like his determination," declared Rashford during an Instagram Live event.
"He knows where he wants the club to be. We both want to go in the same direction. As well as a manager he's an unbelievable coach.
"He's definitely improved us all, especially the forwards.
"He always wants me to make the box, whether I'm playing wide or down the middle.
"So if I'm on the opposite side getting to the back post or across my marker. And I've got a few more goals this season.
"Only small details but they make a big difference."
