Marcus Rashford scored twice as Manchester United defeated Burton Albion 4-1 in the third round of the Carabao Cup on Wednesday night.
The England international scored the opening goal after just five minutes, finishing off United's first attacking play with a delicate chip over Connor Ripley before doubling his tally 12 minutes later with a rasping 20-yard drive.
Jesse Lingard got in on the act with a deflected strike nine minutes before halftime. Anthony Martial then put the visitors four goals ahead after 60 minutes with a fine finish.
Lloyd Dyer grabbed a memorable goal at Old Trafford, but it was a consolation as the Championship side were thoroughly outclassed by Jose Mourinho's men.
