Rashford has been ruled out for at least six weeks after aggravating a back injury against Wolves last week after coming off the bench for a 16 minute cameo.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer revealed on Sunday that the England ace had suffered a stress fracture.
"On the pitch or not, Manchester United fans don't get much bigger than me," Rashford tweeted. "You best believe I'll be involved in team meetings, team huddles and team sessions throughout this recovery.
"Blink and I'll be back, fitter than ever. See you soon."
And he stood by his words almost immediately as he arrived at United's Carrington training ground on Monday.
