Rapid Vienna midfielder Melih Ibrahimoglu is being tracked by Chelsea.
Calciomercato.com says the Blues are vying with Italian sides Roma and Sampdoria for the 19-year-old, who is said to possess excellent vision and technical ability on the ball.
Ibrahimoglu has shined for the Rapid Vienna second team this season with a string of fine displays, scoring four goals in 11 matches in the Austrian Regional League.
The playmaker has also represented Austria at Under-20 level and it is believed he could be available for a cut-price fee, with his current deal expiring in the summer of 2021.
Stamford Bridge chiefs believe they could strike a deal for the talented young midfielder for a fee in the region of £3million.
