Raphinha is enjoying his first weeks with Barcelona under coach Xavi.

The former Leeds United star has quickly impressed on Barca's preseason tour.

Raphinha said, "Something that I had already seen when playing caught my attention, it is a way of playing and now of always training close to the rival goal, something that we strikers love. The way of pressing, always looking for contact with the ball and goals, I really like this style, it helps me a lot."

On Xavi, he continued: "I also like that he has a way of working close to footballers and that's something I like in coaches. In the short time that I have been here, he is a coach who is always close, looking to help in the best possible way. He knows how to treat the player and the needs that he has.

"I am very close to Ansu and Ronald (Araujo), because they both speak Portuguese and Ronald also because he is South American and there is more proximity. When the two speak Portuguese there is more coexistence with the two of them, but I relate to everyone.

"Little by little I am getting along with everyone, my life plan is to get along with everyone. For now, I spend more time with Ansu and Ronald because they speak Portuguese, but everyone has welcomed me very well and I am very grateful."
