Inter Milan coach Claudio Ranieri admits concerns over Wesley Sneijder's fitness.

Sneijder missed victory over Bologna due to a thigh injury and the Coach revealed the problem is dragging on.

"Sneijder can play anywhere, but in my view should be close to the goal," said Ranieri.

"My fear is losing him for longer than expected, as the injury seems worse than it did yesterday and he won't come with us to Moscow."
