AC Milan's restructuring of their management team has taken a fresh twist.
While Red Bull chief Ralf Rangnick has declared he is in talks about moving to Milan, it's emerged he won't be arriving as coach.
Instead, Gazzetta dello Sport says Rangnick will arrive as technical director and will take charge of all levels of the club, from the first team down to the juniors.
As such, a new coach will have to be found and RB Leipzig boss Julian Nagelsmann is a target.
Nagelsmann moved from Hoffenheim to RBL last summer, following a similar career path to Rangnick.
