Scottish champions Rangers have made it fervidly clear that they do not want to sell wingback Steven Whittaker.
The 27-year old Scotland international has been of interest to Turkish club Bursaspor for some time now but 'Gers sent a strong message to the mainland by knocking back a third offer from them.
An improved bid of 750,000 (£657,000) has been rejected by the Glasgow giants who already turned down offers of 400,000 and 650,000.
'Gers boss Ally McCoist has said the whole time that Whittaker is not for sale and maybe this third rejection will force Bursa, who pilfered Kenny Miller in January, to stop.
