Rangers assistant coach Michael Beale has talked up transfer target Harry Wilson.

The Gers and Celtic target fired home twice in the first-half as Liverpool thrashed Chester 7-0 yesterday.

And the former Liverpool coach took to Twitter to praise the youngster – who has been linked with a move to the Ibrox side.

He wrote: “Outstanding @harrywilson_" with three clapping emojis alongside Liverpool's post.

It's understood Liverpool have handed Gers first refusal on any player they plan to loan out this season - including Wilson.
