Rangers legend Lorenzo Amoruso is ready to enter coaching.

The former Gers and Blackburn Rovers defender has gained his Italian coaching licence and is in the frame for the top job at Salernitana.

Salernitana sports chief Nicola Salerno is seriously considering offering the job to Amoruso, who has told friends he is primed and ready to kickoff his coaching career.
