The Daily Star reports that Sunderland are looking to purchase Rangers' Steven Davis. The 24-year-old has played in the Premier League with Aston Villa and made over 90 first-team appearances for the Midlanders before moving to the Gers, via Fulham, last summer.
New Black Cats boss Steve Bruce is hoping £5m will persuade the Scottish giants to part with the Northern Ireland international midfielder.
