Steven Davis is a major doubt for Rangers Champions League clash with Bursaspor after suffering a hamstring injury against Aberdeen. The Northern Ireland midfielder went off with 15 minutes left of the Clydesdale Bank Premier League match as Rangers came from two goals down to win 3-2 at Pittodrie.
Rangers boss Walter Smith admitted the initial diagnosis was not good for Davis ahead of the Turkish side's visit to Ibrox.
Smith told BBC Radio Scotland: "He's got a slight hamstring injury and we'll just have to wait.
"With that type of injury you would say he must be very doubtful for Wednesday's game."
