Rangers started the New Year with a comfortable 3-1 victory at Annan Athletic. David Templeton scored a brace in the victory and was pleased with his contribution.
Templeton told the club's official web site: "It's a difficult place to come to and it's a massive three points for us.
"It keeps us going on this winning run we want to stay on until the end of the season if possible.
"But it's great to win again and I felt good and didn't worry about the surface.
"I played at Montrose which is quite similar so I felt quite confident and I think that showed in the two goals I scored. Well, I'm claiming two goals anyway!
"For the first one I just tried to get to the line and just hang a cross up for Fran.
"I know he's dying to get his first goal but it just crept in at the back post.
"I was delighted for it to go in and to get our third as well.
"I think that's seven goals I've got for the season now so I'm pleased with that but the most important thing is that we got the three points.
"I think we've started to show good form now away from home.
"But we're back at Ibrox on Saturday against Elgin City so that's another match we're all looking forward to.
"It's one we want to win and hopefully we can get a few more goals as well."
