Super agent Mino Raiola believes Ajax are in a strong bargaining position over Real Madrid's push for Donny van de Beek.
Despite it being confirmed Real are in talks to sign the midfielder, Ajax coach Erik ten Hag played him in the first-leg of their Champions League qualifier against PAOK last night.
After the 2-2 draw, Raiola told De Telegraaf: "There is an Ajax side and a Van de Beek side.
“And of course they are directly opposite each other.
"If Ajax needed money, they would have asked or told him not to play."
Real are prepared to pay €50m for the midfielder.
